Mung Bean Cake Recipe

A nice sweet treat for kids and family.


  • 200g Mung beans
  • 100g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil

  1. Boil the mung beans in the water.
  2. Once the mung beans are soft, drain and transfer it to the non-stick fry pan.
  3.  Place all sugar into the pan together with coconut oil.
  4.  Stir-fry until forming a soft bean paste.
  5. Place and press the paste into a tray. Then cut into pieces using a shape cutter or just cut into rectangle pieces.
